Hi, I’m Mandy Eskelin.

For nearly two decades, I’ve helped women transform their bodies and rebuild their confidence.

I spent 15 years as a celebrity personal trainer, earned my WBFF Fitness Pro card in 2012, and placed 3rd in the world at the professional level.

Health and fitness were not just my career — they were my identity.

But as I entered my 40s, something shifted.

Despite doing everything I had always taught… my body started responding differently.

My metabolism slowed.

I gained almost 20 pounds in what seemed like overnight

My energy changed - I lived off caffeine and a prayer.
